Oval zirconia (ZrO₂) ceramic scraping ring
This is a core wear-resistant doctor component for closed oval pad printing ink cups. It acts as both the scraping blade and sealing edge of ink cup systems, supporting stable continuous operation of pad printing production lines.
Features:
Formed via high-temperature sintering with a dense low-porosity structure,it retains a sharp, smooth scraping edge through long-term high-intensity use, greatly extending service life and reducing downtime caused by frequent part replacement.
Features of polished ceramic ring：
The material also has excellent chemical stability, working compatibly with most solvent-based, UV and water-based inks without corrosion, rust or ink contamination issues.
