Product Description
Zirconia ceramic disc:
This ceramic misting plate is manufactured from yttria stabilized zirconia (ZrO2) ceramic. It has a bulk density of 6.05 g/cm3 and zero water absorption rate, delivering fully dense, impermeable structure. Its Vickers hardness reaches 1300 HV, while flexural strength is up to 1000 MPa, with elastic modulus of 205 GPa.
Zro2 ceramic nozzle:
High mechanical toughness and outstanding wear resistance greatly lower abrasion related failure risk during long time cyclic operation. Low thermal conductivity provides good heat insulating performance, reducing heat loss for surrounding assemblies.
