Product Description

Alumina ceramic:

Custom 95% Al2O3 Alumina Ceramic Multi-hole Insulation Disc with matched half ceramic piece. This precision ceramic component is manufactured by dry pressing and high temperature sintering, followed by CNC machining, drilling and surface marking.

Alumina ceramic:

The circular ceramic plate is designed with multi-position holes and engraved serial numbers, which helps fast heating wire arrangement and accurate assembly.

1.High electrical insulation: High dielectric strength, avoid short circuit under high temperature
2.Outstanding heat resistance: Long-term working temp up to 1400℃, resistant to thermal shock
