Main technical and economic indicators of silicon nitride materials

1. Isostatic Pressed Silicon Nitride Ceramic Balls:

(1) The material performance meets the requirements of ASTM F2094 2018a, level I.

(2) Flexural strength ≥ 900 MPa;

(3) Fracture toughness 6 - 9 MPa·m^1/2;

(4) Hardness HV10 ≥ 1480 kg/mm²;

(5) Roundness ≤ 0.1 μm;

(6) Batch diameter variation ≤ 0.10 μm.

2. High Thermal Conductivity Substrates:

(1) Thermal conductivity ≥ 80 W/(m·K);

(2) Flexural strength ≥ 600 MPa;

(3) Fracture toughness ≥ 6 MPa·m^1/2.

3. High Purity Silicon Nitride Powder:

(1) α-silicon nitride ≥ 95% or more;

(2) D50 between 0.5 - 0.8 μm;

(3) Oxygen content ≤ 0.8 wt%;

(4) Total amount of alkali metals and alkaline earth metals ≤ 0.05 wt%.
