Boron Nitride Ceramic Introduction

The chemical composition is 43.6% boron and 56.4% nitrogen with four different variants: hexagonal boron nitride (HBN), rhombohedral boron nitride (RBN), cubic boron nitride (CBN) and wurtzite nitrogen. Boron (WBN).

Advantage of BN Ceramic:

1 . Due to crystal stucture, BN ceramic is anisotropic electrically and mechanically.

2 . BN ceramic nozzle exhibits a high electrical resistance, low dielectric constant and loss tangent

3. Boron nitride ceramic nozzle has outstanding thermal conductivity and easily machinable.

BN Ceramic Properties:

It has good heat resistance, thermal stability, thermal conductivity and high temperature dielectric strength. It is an ideal heat dissipating material and high temperature insulating material. 

BN Ceramic Application:

It can be used in the manufacture of high-temperature containers for metallurgical melting, semiconductor heat-dissipating insulation parts, high-temperature bearings, thermowells, and glass forming dies.
