	Silicon Nitride Ceramic Tube: physical indicators: bulk density reaches 3.25 g/cm³, Rockwell hardness ≥75 HRA,elastic modulus 300~320 GPa, fracture toughness up to 6~9 MPa·m¹ᐟ², thermal conductivity 15~20 W/(m·K), low thermal expansion coefficient 3.1~3.3×10⁻⁶/℃.
